These guidelines define permitted and prohibited content and activities on MyTipMe in line with platform policy, global financial regulations, and payment provider requirements. Violations may result in immediate account action.

Permitted Use of MyTipMe

MyTipMe is a voluntary tipping platform. Creators may receive tips from supporters as gestures of appreciation.

✅ Permitted Activities

• Receiving voluntary, non-transactional tips

• Displaying a compliant profile image.

• Linking to approved social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Twitch, Facebook)

🚫 Not Permitted

• Selling or exchanging goods, services, or access

• Offering content, perks, subscriptions, or unlocks in exchange for tips

• Advertising tipping as a method of payment for content

• Displaying adult content, nudity, or sexually explicit material

Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or simulated sex acts

• Pornographic poses or suggestive imagery

• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence

• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or background

• Promotion of weapons, explosives, or related content

• Promotion of drugs, illegal substances, or paraphernalia

• Gambling, raffles, lotteries, or games of chance

• Financial scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial practices

• Fraud, impersonation, or fake accounts

• Linking to adult content platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, NSFW blogs/stores)

• Misrepresenting tips as purchases, transactions, or access to content

⚠️ These violations apply to:

• Profile photos

• Usernames, profile names and bios

• External URLs or links

Content Moderation & Enforcement

To ensure compliance:

• All uploads are scanned using automated moderation systems

• MyTipMe regularly reviews profiles, banners, and external links

• Violation of any rule may result in:

   

  • Immediate account suspension or permanent ban

  • Removal from platform visibility or search

  • Forfeiture of any pending payouts

   

🚫 Severe violations may result in action without prior warning.

Responsibility for External Links

Although MyTipMe does not host content:

• Creators are fully responsible for all external links on their profile

• Linked platforms must comply with these content guidelines

❌ Do NOT link to:

• Adult content or subscription-based platforms

• NSFW blogs or clip stores

• Custom domains that display prohibited content

Linking to these will result in immediate account removal.

Reporting Violations

To report content violations or inappropriate activity on a creator profile you cant report a user direcly on their profile using the report user feature or email us with their username or profile url link to:

Please include a profile link and a brief description of the issue.

Updates to These Guidelines

These rules may be updated at any time to reflect payment partner requirements or legal changes.

• Major updates will be announced via email or platform notice

• Continued use of MyTipMe confirms acceptance of the latest version
