Content Moderation & Compliance Standards

 

To meet payment provider and regulatory requirements, MyTipMe actively moderates all creator profiles.

 

We review and monitor:

 

  • Profile photos, usernames, profiles names and bios

  • Linked social accounts (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

 

 

Prohibited content includes:

 

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material

  • Links to adult content or subscription platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly)

  • Hate speech, threats, or harassment

  • Illegal activity or promotion of drugs

  • Gambling, impersonation, or scams

  • Weapons or violent imagery

 

 

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account removal without warning.

 

 

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

 

All financial activity is encrypted and monitored for abuse:

 

  • Real-time fraud detection and chargeback monitoring

  • Payouts may be held or reversed if fraud is suspected

  • Accounts under investigation may be suspended without notice

 

 

We may permanently ban users engaged in:

 

  • Fraudulent payments

  • Chargeback abuse

  • High-risk or deceptive behavior

 

 

 

Identity Verification & KYC Compliance

 

To receive tips and appear on the platform, all creators must:

 

  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification

  • Submit valid government-issued ID

  • Complete facial recognition through our verification provider

 

 

⚠️ Creators who fail identity checks cannot receive payouts or be listed on the platform.

 

 

Chargebacks & Refunds

 

 

  • All tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable

  • Tips are not payments for goods, content, or services

  • We respond to all chargeback claims with supporting evidence

  • If a chargeback is upheld, the amount may be recovered from platform reserves

Account Protection & Abuse Prevention

 

Users are expected to:

 

  • Keep login details secure

  • Report unauthorized access immediately

 

 

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts for:

 

  • Violating our Terms of Service

  • Attempting to bypass moderation

  • Engaging in fraud, impersonation, or payment abuse

 

 

Creators may delete their accounts and request full data removal via their dashboard.

 

 

Financial Regulation & Compliance

 

MyTipMe adheres to international financial laws and payment processor policies:

 

  • All payouts are screened for KYC/AML compliance

  • Suspicious activity may be reported to financial authorities

  • We operate under strict internal standards to remain compliant with payment networks and risk frameworks

 

 

 

Currency of Transactions

 

  • All transactions and payouts are processed in USD

  • If your payout account is in a different currency, your provider may charge exchange fees

  • MyTipMe is not responsible for delays or fees applied by external banks or services
