100% of the tip amount goes to the creator.

How does tipping work?

Tipping is fast and simple:

• Fans visit a creator’s public profile

• Click Tip Me, choose an amount, and check out securely

• A small platform service fee is added at checkout

• Creators receive 100% of the tip

Do I need an account to tip a creator?

No.

Fans can tip instantly without signing up.

All payments are processed securely by verified payment providers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards

• Local payment methods (availability may vary by region)

All transactions are processed in USD via secure third-party providers.

Are tips refundable?

No.

All tips are final and non-refundable.

Tips are voluntary gestures of support — not payments for goods, services, or content.

How does MyTipMe handle chargebacks?

If a fan files a dispute:

• MyTipMe submits evidence to the payment provider to contest it

• If the chargeback is upheld, the refunded amount may be deducted from the creator’s pending or future payouts

• Repeated or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension or permanent ban

Creators are responsible for losses caused by chargebacks on their profile.

When do creators receive their payouts?

First payout:

• Processed within 14 days of your first tip (fraud/security check)

After that:

• Payouts are processed within 3 business days of a payout request

What payout methods are available for creators?

Options vary by country, but typically include:

• Verified bank accounts or e-wallets

• USD-only payouts

⚠️ KYC/AML verification is required to activate payouts.

What currency are transactions processed in?

All tips and payouts are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank uses another currency, conversion fees may apply (charged by your provider).

Can creators offer goods, services, or content in exchange for tips?

No.

MyTipMe is a voluntary tipping platform only.

Creators may not offer goods, services, subscriptions, content access, or unlockables in exchange for tips.

Violations result in permanent account removal.

Can I delete my account?

Yes.

You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings.

Please note:

• Account deletion is permanent

• Any pending payouts will be cancelled

Can I download my data before deleting my account?

Yes.

You may request a copy of your personal data from Account Settings prior to deletion.
