This Refund & Chargeback Policy outlines how voluntary tip payments are handled on MyTipMe. By using the platform, all users agree to this policy in full.

 

 

Voluntary Payments Are Final

 

 

  • All payments on MyTipMe are voluntary, non-transactional tips sent by fans to support verified creators.

  • Tips are not purchases of content, services, subscriptions, or access.

  • Fans understand that tipping is a final act of support with no expectation of receiving anything in return.

  • All tips are final and non-refundable.

 

Discretionary Refunds

 

Although all tips are final by default, MyTipMe may issue refunds at our sole discretion in limited, exceptional cases, such as:

 

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Mistaken large amounts

  • Verified fraud or unauthorized activity

 

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.

Approval is not guaranteed and each request is reviewed case-by-case.

Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

 

If a fan initiates a chargeback with their bank or card provider:

 

  • MyTipMe will investigate the claim and provide evidence to contest it.

  • Creators are not held responsible for chargebacks initiated by fans.

  • If a chargeback is upheld, the disputed funds may be deducted from platform reserves.

 

 

Important:

Repeated or abusive chargeback activity may lead to:

 

  • Account suspension or permanent removal

  • Delays or holds on further tip processing

 

 

⚠️ MyTipMe has no control over the outcome of chargeback decisions — final rulings are made by the payment provider or bank.

 

Unauthorized Transactions

 

If you believe a tip was made without your permission:

 

  • Immediately contact your card provider or bank to report the issue.

  • MyTipMe will cooperate fully with fraud investigations but does not process direct refunds for unauthorized transactions.

 

 

Fraud Prevention & Platform Protection

 

To protect both creators and fans, MyTipMe employs:

 

  • Real-time transaction screening

  • Manual fraud reviews

  • Temporary payout holds during investigations

 

 

Accounts involved in:

 

  • Fraud

  • Fake tipping

  • Chargeback abuse

    …may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.

 

 

 

Currency & Fees

 

 

  • All transactions and payouts are processed in USD.

  • If your card, bank, or payout account uses a different currency, conversion fees or delays may be applied by your provider.

  • MyTipMe does not control exchange rates or third-party fees.

 

 

Policy Updates

 

This policy may be revised as needed to reflect regulatory, operational, or platform changes.

 

Users will be notified of material updates via email or in-app alert.

Continued use of MyTipMe confirms acceptance of the updated policy.
