Terms of Service

Welcome to MyTipMe, a voluntary tipping platform where fans can financially support verified creators. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Creator,” or “you”) and MyTipMe Ltd(“MyTipMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MyTipMe.

Platform Overview

• MyTipMe facilitates voluntary, one-time tips from fans to verified creators.

• Tips are not payments for goods, services, content, or digital access.

• MyTipMe does not host or manage any content.

• All tips are final and non-refundable.

• Creators receive 100% of the tip amount.

• Fans pay a 20% platform service fee at checkout, calculated on top of the tip.

Eligibility and Access

Creators

• Must be 18+, reside in a supported country, and pass full KYC/AML verification.

• Must accept these Terms and any future updates.

• MyTipMe may revoke access if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

Creator Platform Agreement

Independent Status

Creators are independent users. MyTipMe is not your agent, employer, or manager.

Profile Restrictions

Creators may personalize their profile text and social links. Image uploads (e.g., profile pictures or banners) are no longer supported or hosted.

Linking Policy

You may only link to the following approved platforms:

• Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick

You may not link to:

• OnlyFans, Fansly, or other adult content sites

• NSFW blogs or adult storefronts

• Personal domains hosting adult or restricted material

Violation of this policy may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

Tip Earnings and Platform Fees

• Creators receive 100% of the tip.

• Fans pay a 20% platform service fee, which covers platform costs, moderation, and compliance.

• By tipping, fans acknowledge that no content, products, or services are being sold or expected in return.

• All tips are processed by third-party payment providers.

• Creators must ensure their payout details are accurate and up to date.

Adult Compliance and 2257 Statement

MyTipMe does not host or publish adult content and is not classified as a primary or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. 75.

However, MyTipMe voluntarily enforces 2257-style safeguards:
    •    AI moderation of profile images
    •    Platform-wide bans on explicit content and adult linking
    •    Prohibited external content references in profiles

Creators who promote or link to external adult content remain solely responsible for legal compliance.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload or share explicit content

• Link to adult or restricted websites

• Sell content, services, or physical/digital goods

• Evade verification or moderation

• Use false identity or documents

• Harass, abuse, or exploit others

• Use the platform for scams, illegal activity, or deceptive behavior

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.

Suspension and Termination

MyTipMe may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail KYC/AML or identity verification

• Violate content/linking policies

• Submit fraudulent or false information

• Attempt to evade moderation

• Breach any part of these Terms

Pending payouts may be held if fraud is suspected.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

• Tips are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

• MyTipMe does not store any card or bank data.

• A 20% platform fee is added at fan checkout.

• All tips are final and non-refundable.

• Disputes or chargebacks may result in payout holds or account action.

Payout Schedule

First payouts are issued within 14 days of account approval and first tip.

After that, payouts are processed within 3 business days of request.

To request a payout:

• Go to Account Settings > Payouts

• Enter a payout amount (minimum $20)

• Choose your connected method

• Click Request Payout

Processing time may vary depending on payment partner and verification status.

When do creators receive their payouts?

For security and fraud prevention, first payouts for all new creators will be processed within the first 14 days of account approval and tip activity. After the initial payment, all future payouts will be processed within 3 business days of the creator’s payout request.

To request a payout:

• Go to Account Settings > Payouts

• Enter the desired payout amount (minimum $20)

• Select your connected payout method

• Click Request Payout

Please note:

Payout processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and account verification status.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• MyTipMe is not liable for payment processor issues, user behavior, or external content.

• We do not guarantee earnings, visibility, or platform uptime.

• We are not responsible for business losses caused by platform actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTipMe Ltd, its team, and affiliates from any legal claims arising from:

• Your platform use

• Your links or profile content

• Your violation of these Terms or the law

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes must be filed in courts located in England and Wales.

Complaints and Appeals

You may appeal account or moderation actions by contacting info@mytipme.co.
All complaints and appeals are reviewed in good faith. Abusive or repeat submissions may be ignored.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted in-app or emailed.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
